ULTRA GREEN™ Series Humidity Sensing 110 CFM Multi-Speed Ventilation Fan, with white grille, Recognized as the Most Efficient of ENERGY STAR® 2014

User adjustable rate

It appears that the "User adjustable rate" for the one that occurs continuously whenever the master switch is on unless one does manual override via a switch or if the humidity sensor is on and humidity level is above the set level.

Also, I assume the toggle mode is to allow one to trigger a timed full speed mode without the need for a third switch which triggers a non-timed full "certified rate" airflow so one can temporarily increase the flow rate for the period as set by the delay time setting.

I do not see the CFM controls in the pictures. Are you sure these are not picture for the wrong fan?

Hi/Low switch

Since no one seems to make a combination timer on/off switch (only timer/dimmer combination switches and it took me a long time to find the MA-LFQHW-WH for the one bathroom) If I replace my light switch (in the other bathroom) with a Lutron MA-L3S25-WH switch and used the lower switch for high/low control and the upper one for lighting. Would this work for this fan or should I just get another MA-LFQHW-WH and moves the light over to it and then convert the current light switch into the high/low switch? I already have a separate switch for the master fan on/off/timer control and one for the lights.

Sensor Switches

Both the ZB110M and the ZB110H seem to use special sensor switches. If they are special switches then what are the appropriate model numbers for associated switches.

Mode Swith for ZB110

Can any standard on/off switch be used to change it from the high speed setting to the low speed setting or does it need to be some special switch.

ULTRA GREEN™ Series 80 CFM Multi-Speed Ventilation Fan, with white grille, Recognized as the Most Efficient of ENERGY STAR® 2014

Can you set the upper and lower CFM?

We are looking to use these fans for residential apartment units and want to set @ 30 CFM for whole house ventilation and 50 CFM for when the bathroom light is on.
The lower setting has a range of 30 to 80 CFM with a delay of 5 to 60 minutes and the high setting has a range of 30 to 110 CFM delay of 5 to 60 minutes unlike the ZB80 which has a fixed high CFM setting. The other answer is simple wrong.

Is this fan rated to be operated via a rheostat?

Use the ZB series (ZB80 and ZB110) for rheostat controlled fans.
