Lowe’s 250 CFM, 30” wide Undercabinet Range Hood in White

I can't find any label on "the left underside of the range hood"

Installed by Lowes a couple weeks ago..Since then there were issues with the control panel.( light and fan coming on randomly) Broan sent a new one and A-1 Appliance installed it.
Now A- 1 says Broan won't reimburse them without the serial number.
Is the label with the serial number and model number hidden inside the
bottom panel? Another words, does the bottom panel have to be unscrewed and taken off?
Thank you for your question. The label in question should be visible without having to remove any panels. Please contact our Technical Support group at 800-637-1453 and they will be glad to assist you.

30", Stainless Steel, Under Cabinet Hood, 360/350 CFM

The blower speed does not increase when I move the slide control to the maximum. What could the problem be?

Thank you for your question. My assumption would be that the control board assembly is defective. If this is a warranty situation, please contact our Technical Support group at 800-637-1453. If you need to purchase it, the part number is S97011801 and it may be obtained by calling Customer Service at 800-558-1711 or by visiting the "Shop for Parts" section on our website.

Heater/Fan/Light, White Plastic Grille, 70 CFM

light bulb won't insert into socket

My new unit won't accept the A type bulb because the acorn nut is in the way. I have it installed per the instructions but no idea what is the proper process to allow it to work.
Thank you for your question. The bottom edge of the housing should be installed so that it is even with the finish side of the dry wall. If this is how you have installed your 655 and there are still difficulties, please contact our Technical Support group for assistance. They can be reached at 800-637-1453 and will assist you with this issue.

Fan/Light, White Plastic Grille, 50 CFM

Broan 683 model

I am doing a new install of this fan. My question is can i connect the wiring to a light switch that is allready in the bathroom or do i have to upgrade the switch ? THANKS
Thank you for your question. It is always recommended that a separate line and switch be run when installing a bath fan, however, as long as the current rating of the switch is not exceeded by both units being run at the same time, this should work fine.

Ceiling/Wall Ventilation Fan, 50 CFM

are any of your bath fans rated for a 1 hour fire rated ceiling

Thank you for your question. There are a number of fans, that when paired with a radiation damper, will provide the fire rating that you require. For specific models, based upon the square area of the room, etc., please contact out Technical Support group at 800-637-1453.

How do I find the serial number on the CBD330WW?

Thank you for your question. The serial number is located on the same label as the model number. The label is on the left underside of the range hood.

Wall Heater, White, 1000/2000W 240VAC, 750W/1500W 208 VAC.

Where is the fresh drawn into the unit?

How tight can you make the rough-in hole (in terms of fresh air being drawn into stud cavity) and can the rear of the box be flushed tight to the back of the rough-in hole?
Thank you for your question on the model 178 wall heater. The air is pulled into the front right side of the grille and pushed into the room through the left side of the grille. All air is contained within the metal housing of this heater. The metal housing will fit a standard 2 X 4 wall cavity. Please contact the Technical Service Department at 800-637-1453 for further assistance.

Ceiling/Wall Mount Fan, White Plastic Grille, 50 CFM

What higher CFM models are compatible with a model 688 with an 8 x 8 1/4 inch housing?

I looked at the 690 upgrade kit but it does not work with a model 688 with an 8 x 8 1/4 inch housing. From looking on the old one it may be an "A" housing. The old one is actually a model 663-B/688-B. Are there options to upgrade this model and housing? Thanks.
There are several models in our product line that are higher CFM (than what you currently have) and have an 8" x 8 1/4"
housing size. The 676 is 110CFM and the 684 is 80CFM. You may view these on our website. If you need further assistance, please feel free to call our Technical Support group at 800-637-1453.
