Is it ok to install 35316 attic fan if attic is only 1400 sq ft. Main level gets very hot. We have lots of insullation & newer windows.

The Broan model 35316 gable mount fan is suitable for attics up to 2285 square feet. We do also have the model 353 gable mount attic fan which is suitable for attics up to 1460 square feet. What is the best way to repair a broken 273003 downdraft?

The Eclipse by Broan in our kitchen stopped working properly. It will go up but it won't go back down. How do we repair this? How easy is it to replace this model?

If you are looking for replacement parts, you will want to supply us with the letter that follows the model number. This is found up, inside the housing on a specification label. How can I pull in the cooler air at night when i need the windows closed

when closing windows at night due to floor level or noise, how can we exchange the warmer indoor air with the cooler outdoor temperature air?

the old way was a attic fan, but hoping technology has evolved from that.

Can the heat sentry option be turned off/disabled?

Where do I get a replacement part for the plastic cover for 7 x 8 in bathroom exaust fan?

Hello Jim –
We would need to know the model number of the fan or the part number off the cover in order to supply you with the correct parts. The model number can be found up, inside the housing on a specification label. Be sure to include any letters that come after the model number.
If you have the old cover, you can find a part number imprinted into the lens/grille. It will be an eight digit part number starting with a nine. Please contact our customer service department directly with the model/series number of your range hood. This can be found up, underneath the hood on a specification label. You may have to remove the filters to see this label. Be sure to include the letter that comes after or below the word Rev/Revision.
